Why cant Salman Khan clear his stand ?

Not a Salman phaanki .. or anti-Kushal but the fact is everyone is entitled to clear his or her stand then why cant Salman ?
Even he is a celebrity and he can use the same platform to clear the air of controversies surrounding him and Kushal. If kushal can come inside and say that he was tagged "hero" for his so called heroic act or Gauhar give explanation for her coming back or for the fact Andy venting out his heart.. then why cant Salman come and say that "He was not involved !!!" As simple the fact is. Kushal is tarnishing Salman's image , intentionally or unintentionally, so Salman has the right to justify his stand. Just because he is host , he is not meant to take all the shit which comes his way.
