How come Sofiya be captain?

HMs were asked to give 2 names each of other contestants, who they think do not deserve to be in the finals. Andy (I think) and Sofia (For sure) were two contestants that were chosen as the two that do not deserve to be in the finals. BB threw a googly and told HMs to vote for captain between Andy and Sofia. Sofia was selected as the captain, while Andy was punished by given a task to sleep after everyone sleeps. This was gathered by the info in LF.

EDIT: Also, Andy is the sevak for all of the housemates.

If sofia gets task of nominating directly she will nominate tani ,armaan or andy.
