is he back as a contestant or a guest. if hes back as a guest that is OK, past seasons have done the same: PM, Dolly, KRK, etc. have been nishkasat and kicked out and returned as guests but if hes back as a contestant then shame on BB. Bc you might as well do "hinsa" on Day 1 in BB house and come back the last week and win (this would prolly only work for TV stars since they have stronger fan followings)
