I was wondering about the same thing!

I think they pluck/wax brows and stuff themselves. Gauhar's hair looks rebonded, so she probably just has to let it air dry. Elli looks like she has extensions, those can be pretty high maintenance.

In BB 5 Juhi Parmar was waxing her legs in the garden herself, and the BB7 contestants colour their hair themselves :)
