In retrospect, one could say props to Kamya for genuinely appreciating Aijaz with thoughtful compliments instead of shallow lines to butter him up (which she easily could have done or not said anything at all) as well as for her clever smarts for knowing that she is hitting two birds with one stone by this action. Not only did she compliment him, but she understood him in a way not a lot of the other HMs have bothered to do or even give him the benefit of the doubt. She has not only won him over, but ensured a stronger connection/bond even if Kushal does return. For her, it's a building of a stronger alliance and a relational bond.
One can dissect her actions and say she is one way or the other, but I disagree. Kamya is just a complex human being playing the game in a an interesting way which only makes it really entertaining to watch her.
