Hi Cruiser
If you read my post carefully, I already have addressed that point. A tweet or an email from the supposed email ids of the organization is not trustworthy. First of all, they are not verified. Secondly, the person managing all these accounts of such organization is at the lowest position (at least in government offices). I think, for a better confirmation on Sangram's 'fake' credentials, you should try contacting the top officials directly via mails, because they will not reply to you until and unless they verify everything. This is very much unlike these 'official replies' you have got in which the person who replied to you might not have checked all the official documentation. Coz that process itself is very lengthy. So, before jumping into conclusions unnecessarily, try contacting administration of Wrestling association. Their reply is only what you should trust.
And coming to your 'Ram Lal medals', I believe you should really see that your words are not offending anyone. I myself was very active in swimming during school days. I never pursued it as a profession though. Chose to pursue a degree in English literature. My point here is that though I might not have represented India at the International level, I have participated in many competitions of swimming and won quite of them too. But just because they were not of international repute, it does not makes them a waste. Calling such awards as ''Lalu Yadav medals'' is very derogatory. This is not to defend Sangram, but for any one who won any competition in any field at any level. As one such person, I found your 'reference' quite insulting. I am pretty sure that even you must be proud of any competition you won at any level- be in a class or at a global level.
If you could have instead said that 'you do not think that his state level medals matter at such a platform', that I think would have been a better way to express your point.
Personally, I am not fond of Sangram. I also do not like his habit of not taking a stand. Whether Sangram wins or not, I do not give even two cents to that. But questioning some one's credentials needs more detailed research and proofs. I am bit traditional in that way- I believe in good old paper documents for proofs. 😉
I'm sure those who are managing Sangram at Colors/Endemol/PR love people like you. Earlier they were counting on ignorance or apathy of most of viewers, but now they know that there are millions in India who don't care about meticulously collected evidence that nails his lies and will argue against every proof that is presented in front from them. 😆
What kind of evidence will satisfy you? If a video of Sangram admitting he didn't won a commonwealth gold model was unearthed, you would argue that the video is fake. If forensic evidence is presented to you to prove that video is genuine, you will argue that there is a conspiracy against him and the forensic agency has been bribed.
Since you have already made up your mind, no evidence against him will be acceptable to you.
On the other hand, we are willing to change our mind and don't keep arguing against hard evidence. Cruiser readily admitted that Sangram has participated in World Wrestling Championship in Hungary when verifiable evidence was presented, and so did I. Like you, he or I could have kept arguing that there must have been a typographical error on the PDF file or that the website of WFI must be a fake website.😆
