It's not only about Gauhar, losk at previous seasons like you rightly pointed out. BW is not bigger than TV.Achievements of TV stars shouldn't be considered any less than that of BW (failures)

Yeah...these Bolly ppl think they are superior and look down on TV stars. What can one do? That's how it is. Prachi Desai...made a name for herself but will never be an A-lister. SRK ka zamana aur tha. TV soap churning factories weren't around back then. So he made it. It's not so easy these days. It's utterly wrong but they laugh at these soap stars. In their eyes a failed Bolly flop star is better than a TV superstar...except perhaps Ram Kapoor and Ronit Roy. Salman during his BB stint has liked a few TV stars. Shweta and Urvashi. That was quite clear.

For the past 3 seasons, I've been bashing Salman's hosting skills. Salman has never been a balanced host. I don't get why people are suddenly discovering it this season. Is it coz Kajol's sister is here this season and they suddenly see it as unfair? Sky, Sid, Pooja Bedi, Sapna...he never liked them and made it quite clear. He loved Shweta Tiwari, Sana, Urvashi, Mehak(he was soo darn partial to her) and made that quite apparent too. I've been saying this ever since he started hosting...that he's biased. Then some gyaani folks on the forum told me why should the host be a fence sitter? Why can't he like/dislike certain people? Toh ab problem kya hai? 😆 This is the season I end up liking him and am liking him a LOT. Maybe it's coz I dislike everyone in the show. So when he bajaoes someone I don't care. Finally I get used to him and the fuss starts! 😆

Anshu, all I will say is it is indeed very easy to make things trend on twitter. This is from people who are from the field of IT. What is important is volume and duration. What Salman says or done is scripted. Do you really think Salman cares for Tani or Armaan? or anyone else. NO, he cannot be bothered. In fact he hates being called bhai too as he stated in his interview. He is tolerating it in the show becoz the audience like sit. All Salman really cares for his close knit family and friends that's all. What he says on show is what audience wants to hear and scripted to suit by Endemol team.

MB - I agree. Sallu was biased to Sana too. And Urvashi, he never said anything.

Gau fans were waiting for reasons and bam they got it. Anything to justify their love.. 🤪
