It's some herbal thing.. my mom use to bring it for us.. we never ate it.. it looks like 'shit'. 😆

it is sort of paste made mainly of indian gooseberries .. completely natural .. it is supposed to strength you and good for bones and growth for kids .. and it is said to help prevent a lot of immune related diseases it looks not so appealing but tastes ok .. it is recommended to take it with milk
