Kamya did change side when Tanisha & Arman were subtly warned by Salman. However she seems loyal to Gauhar for now. As for Pratyusha she simply follows Kamya. Even for the decision for voluntary exit in the confession room she wanted Kamya by her side. But yes both of them are most unreliable in game.
