I am totally ignoring what Andy is saying as I enjoying the accent as it as if I am hearing a conversation as I walking down the street or in a shop somewhere or even from the garden.

He's British. He was from Berkshire, which is a county just outside London. If you know Reading its in that region.

people in Indo-pak have invented a lot of things...ayat ul kursi is recommended but there is no number fixed to it.
