No, he is the narrator who narrates things to audience, not Bigg Boss. Two different voices.

The person who entered the house is the Narrator of the show... The one who says "Subah 8 baje..." followed by music.

His name is Vijay Vikram.

I don't know who you are referring to. I only saw the guy with the whip in the mask on the show. Did I miss something? Does the colors website edit episodes more than the TV version?
