Where did I say that? Weather the driver is to be blamed or not depends on what he did meaning Salman running over the people, He's blamed for that, BUT NOT for leaving them. It's HIS choice weather to help them or not unlike how you said that he left them to be killed as if he wanted them to be.

Can you first read my posts carefully? Where the hell did I say drinking and driving ain't crime? I said But that doesn't make someone murderer. Being a murder is when a person intentionally kills someone, not accidentally. So U CALLING him a murderer doesn't make sense, but then what can we expect from Salman haters whose IQ are below 0 to negative! If you can get personal and attack someone just over a simple discussion, then remember the other person can do the same to you!
