asif azim- why is he being bullied?

i have been watching the show closely for the last couple of weeks. The fights and arguments are senseless. The conversations are tiresome and quite frankly stupid to say the least. Armaan needs his head examined and tanisha can do a lot better. Contestants are talking loudly and getting their points across. However when ever asif wants to speak or even contribute to a conversation he is asked to shut up. Contestants are totally disrespecting him for not reason. I am thoroughly impressed with his patience and the fact that he is ignoring what they are doing to him and just enjoying himself. But the question is why are they are treating him like this?

Don't worry, after his outburst to Armaan ji, Asif wont be bullied any more. 😃
