hmm...Is Thallaiva a religious word?
Is RajniKanth a God?
So a non-south Indian cannot use the word Thallaiva?
What the heck is going on here? This is a simple word meaning Boss. Instead of calling someone Boss I am calling Thallaiva. Is that a crime? And no I dont care what Rajnikanth is for you guys.
Yes Armaan is a Thallaiva of Big Boss season 7.

Thalaiva if I understand right means "Boss" - is there ay reason to understand that the custodians of Tamil Language are retiring the word from the dictionary in honor of a man? Some Cricket Fans call Sachin God - in fact globally more people refer to Sachin as God than they do rajnikant as Thalaiva. I've not heard of anyone claiming that using the word God in context of another human being has either hurt Sachin fans or religion enthusiasts.

Isn't this like creating a storm in a tea-cup - Aur kuchh nahi mila controversy karne ko, toh yeh hi sahi.

finally a sensible post. lol.
many people are addressed with adjectives. that singer bruce spring is referred to as Boss.
does that mean i cant call anyone Boss.
armaan might be a clown for some but him being thallaiva of BB7 is my opinion.

I agree that word is said only to Rajni kanth in south... its obviously is sensitive thing for rajni fans.

btw arman should hv tried doing villain roles in which he would hv been v popular if he tried instead of giving 17flops n do nothing!!!

@bold - If you meant that finally a sensible post in this thread - then I take it as a compliment. If you meant that finally a sensible post from me - then perhaps you need to read my posts - 99.99% of them are sensible, unless I'm creating a fun post or participating in a fun thread.
