In my opinion, there are different things here:1. Shilpa called them ehsaan faraamosh because according to her she was cutting the quantity of food she (and maybe the jannatwaasis) consumed by putting more in the hell mates plates in the initial weeks when the rations were less.2. She specifically said the above thing for Tanisha because as per her, Tanisha made her put more in Armaan's plate when she was captain (deduced this as she was mimicking Tan's accent while stating this). She said that A separate plate was made for Armaan with more food, something that she never did even for her husband. And Tanisha used to ask her if she was revealing this to her husband.3. Not giving eggs to Armaan was a team decision, not shilpa's alone. Same goes for the decision to reduce the food quantity per plate in this task week. Irrespective of Who proposed this, the whole team agreed with it. Let's not forget, Armaan's two witches were a part of this food-denying team so they were also to be blamed squarely.Kamya has very cleverly deflected a lot of blame to Shilpa and Andy. What a witch.

About not giving breakfast and eggs to Armaan.. it was never shown clearly. Don't know whose idea it was so I can't say anything. But giving them less food was Shilpa's idea for sure.. she is the one who decided the quantity and others just nodded.
