Salman is one of the most eligible bachelor in India and his interactions and interest in Elli seems mutual. Elli reminds Salman of Katrina 😉. His song for her today Tumse milne ki tamanna hai pyar ka iraada hai said it all 😆. I don't find anything wrong in it as long as Salman doesn't influence his choice in nomination and vote out.

I think Elii is NOT 23. There are numerous references to her appearing as a child (insignificant part) in Oscar winning movie Fanny and Alexander. Even those reports which say she is 23 mention this fact, LOL!. And the funniest thing is that the film was released in 1982. So if she was 2 years old then, then she was born in 1980, and is 33.

This is nothing new in Bollywood. I still remember until a few years ago Sameera Reddy's date of birth was always mentioned as 1978. Then it suddenly changed to 1982 and now 1983.

Another 10 year jump is Sofiya Hayat. Her interviews in British papers mention her date of birth as 1974 and her 35 year old younger sister. Even I remember about her when I was a child. Now she has had surgery and claims her date of birth to be 1984.

Genelia D'Souza was always mentioned as 21 years old when her film Boys was released in 2003. And until a few years ago her date of birth was 1982 everywhere. Then it suddenly changed to 1987.

Now I am not defending Salman. But the argument against Salman shouldn't be based on age.
