Groaning during a massage does not necessarily have to have sexual undertones. Have you ever cracked your back and heaved a sigh of relief? Have you ever woken up with a sore body and uttered a satisfactory "aaah" after a good yawn and stretch? Have you ever sighed blissfully when mommy massaged vicks all over you when you had a bad cold?

People go "hmm" "aah" and heave sighs/groans over anything that can be pleasurable and satisfactory - a tasty meal, a good yawn, a good stretch and a good massage. That doesn't mean the sound is sexual.

Yes, massaging can be a sensual and intimate activity. But at the base level it is just one person masseuse/chiropractor/friend giving some sort of physiotherapy to another.
