Even Avinash is sympathising with Jad and feeling bad for him. The funny thing about Pooja is that she pretends she is not affected by things but her reactions show otherwise. She endlessly holds grudges. And like others have already said, she did not have an extreme reaction to Ass-gate until Jad (correctly) told her to not shout at him while talking. It is within his right to ask her to speak respectfully with him. She did not like that. Then she does not want to give herself a rank but happily reminds everyone that janta ranked her no.1. According to her, she is not dominating it's just that she is intimidating lol. Well, she is intimidating because she is dominating? And talking about Jad in front of him in Hindi when the guy cannot understand your language is so passive-aggressive.
Also, just cos Cyrus is a pretty chill guy we are getting to see the bullyish side of Pooja. It's quite disrespectful the way she talks to Cyrus. He is a grown ass man who takes it all in good humor but even he tried to tell her that she doesn't listen and Pooja's response is then let's not talk to each other? Emotional intelligence is pretty low here.

She had no problem humiliating Aaliya that day but keeps on talking about “dignity,respect” blah blah, she should look at her own self before pointing fingers at others!
