Good humor or not is a matter of perspective. What she may think is funny he may not. That's why anyone with good manners will not insult a person as soon as they meet them, even if it is meant to be a joke.
She doesn't know him well enough to joke with him yet! That was literally her first sentence to him, the 1st sentence ever said to him in their first ever meeting! When your 1st sentence to someone is something that could have a negative connotation whether said in "good humor" or not, it is not appreciable. She should have maintained her dignity for the 2 mins she was in the house. But Alas!
They don't even know each other. She may see him on TV everyday but he doesn't even know her. They had zero equation when she made that comment. She had no business doing that as a guest on the show.
