I think Rishab was talking to Salman and Rochelle interrupted.
So Rishab asked her to give a moment to talk and she used that moment to spin this on him.
His hand just went closer to her face to request for a moment.

but looking her attitude, ek slap hi maar de tha. but the guy is decent. He just left her and moved on.
