No pretty sure taking part in task is definitely a part of the contract. Otherwise people will just enjoy the 5 star stay. Why would anyone do any task?

A big part of Bigg Boss is the immersion. When you constantly talk about money show, then the viewers belief wavers and they are constantly reminded this is a show which spoils the fun
