I just find it weird that she is so ok and comfortable and friendly with Rishab after Rishab told both her and Suyaash that i 'like Kishwer and made her do dog task for 3 hours

That task was bad and way out of the limit and i don't think Rishab has apologized to her yet she is friendly with him

I find it very weird and fake

Exactly! She already explained why she has no problem with Rishab but has a problem with Mandana. Mandana is confused/selfish/etc and did you see the way she was laughing when Kish was doing the task? THAT shows personality. She is like evil. Rishab didn't seem to enjoy doing that task but he was doing it for the SAKE of the task. And Kish understood that

IMO Kishwer played smart and by not holding grudges against Rishab added another follower to her grp.

As far as Rishab not apologizing is concerned. He did. Here's the uncensored video of it:
