No, Sallu comes at around 2 pm for Sat ep shoot.

Then there is a long break. Eviction + costume change + Sallu relaxes in his 5-star mini-BB house

Around 7 pm, they shoot for Sunday episode.

Both episodes are shot in one day only from Season 4 itself.
