Everybody questioned Karishma Upen relationship

So everybody has raised questions on Karishma Upen relationship in the house. Especially since from the beginning, Karishma has been rubbishing any links by saying that she has boyfriend outside already. From Gautam to Dimpy to Sambhavna tto Pritam o Ali ,etc all have questioned her. Same for the fans outside and on this forum. So why are people in the house only targeting only Ali?

And Karishma saying people talking dirty behind her back. Well I think people questioning her is only natural considering she's been saying she has a boyfriend outside.
