I think GG was upset about being told he sells his body for work (reason for TV role).

Some people actually get affected by their image being tarnished. He probably wasn't affected about Sumit as much as he was bothered by being called a male escort who got so far in life because he put in sexual favors in return for clothes and etc.

Not everyone is besharam like Tanna who likes to cheat on bf's, dump them on TV and make a huge tamasha of their intimate life and make bf also infamous on the show.

I agree on this...Firstly, if there was no truth in Ali's words, gautam would not have got provoked the way he did... Infact, comparing it with pritam's wife, he is equating that some Mr sumit to what preetam's wife is to preetam. Why did he get so touchy about something/someone who doesnt exist at all... All the while he kept saying he got hurt, but for what - no one in that story cooked up by ali was for real. There can be just 2 things - either something/someone in it was real, or this whole scene was for footage as always.
