she was jus readin and informin to all. I think it was sanchalaks job to ensure rules are understood and adhered to. well in this case, what can we expect.. upen cant look beyond tanna's eyes lol

@minz it wasn't tanna's job to explain. She jus reads thats all. If they have anyone doubt later they can read it too. Its not like only tanna has to right over the letter.

And the letter was not in latin, it was in pure hindi and everyone understands hindi.
