Farah's comments about Gautam's performance in the task are a separate issue than her comments regarding the Dimpy-Sambhavna fight.

When looking at the fight, Farah criticized only certain individuals for not speaking up when Sambhavna threw a shoe at Dimpy. If you're going to advise the HMs to stand up in a tense situation, then advise ALL of them. It's not fair to pick and choose specific people to suggest this to.

Second point, by stating that certain others should have stood up for Dimpy during the situation, she is saying that the shoe hurling action was wrong and others should have objected to it. Therefore, she is clearly against it. So then, if she's criticizing those who didn't vocally object then why did she not say a word to the person who not only didn't speak up during the fight but also LAUGHED ABOUT IT, MOCKED IT AND RE-ENACTED IT??

This is actually a quite simple issue.
Criticize certain specific people for not standing up during a fight while not saying anything to the one who joked about it = Obvious Bias.

Looks like Farah will adopt Gullu for her movie *Main Hoon Ullu Da Pattha*

So if Farah took the issue seriously and criticized the HM's for not saying anything (which is valid) why does the person who joked about it get away scot-free?

No, there is no need to take his class or yell at him but the least she could have said was "It's not right to joke about it."
