Bigg Boss 8: I'm against P3 not Gautam Gulati; his fans should stop overreacting, says Deepshikha Nagpal
New Delhi: Popular actress Deepshikha Nagapal's take on 'P3G' hasn't gone down well with Gautam Gulati's fans, it seems. The actress is being targeted on social media for having made the comment. But when we spoke to Deepshikha she told us her statement was blown out of proportion.
For the uninitiated, Deepshikha was recently seen on the sets of 'Bigg Boss' to be part of its special episode 'Finale Ka Twist'. Former host Salman Khan, who had a fun interaction with both former and existing Bigg Boss contestants, had asked Deepshikha about how only one member of the P3G group made it to top 5. On being asked by Salman for her opinion, Deepshikha stated, "I reacted to P3G only when host Salman Khan asked me about it. And all I said was, 'Kameenapanti mei unki unity hai'. What wrong did I say? I just stated my opinion."
Deepshikha also told us that she can't understand why fans misunderstood her perspective. "I don't know why fans have misinterpreted my statement and blown it out of proportion. There is no need to make an issue out of it. Agar mere itna sa bolne pe issue hota hai toh Gautam Gulati's fans should also understand my emotions. Everybody knows about P3G unity. Agar Gautam nahi hota toh P3G nahi banta. Gautam is a vulnerable person. He is a strong contender that's why rest of the members of P3G are staying with him. I know Gautam is popular but I mentioned Ali as the probable winner as he is very entertaining," she said.
"I am against P3 for personal reasons. Since I stayed in the house I know how they are. But I'm not against Gautam. And without fans no actor can survive. I have not harmed anyone so why are they judging me? If Gautam's fans are so emotional about their feelings they should respect others too," she added.
