I was just browsing through and paid close attention like a third umpire. There seems to be no contact between her hand and Ali's face. She clearly missed him.
W*F BiggBoss editors were you sleeping and nobody checked this? It means she was nominated every week for no reason. Its like sending somebody to the gallows with a wrong decision.

Call Bigg Boss and tell him about it.

But did she not intend to slap him? Not defending Ali's vulgar comments. I just don't like how violence has been overlooked so many times this season, particularly with Puneet.

Intent isn't enough in such cases unless there was a direct contact. The terms are very clear no physical contact. Here its like being caught by a wicketkeeper without getting an edge.

Actually Sonali was slapped by Zoya Afroz during Xpose promotion. She is actually victim.

personally i think sexual harassment is way worse than a slap..

and the way they glorified Ali and trivialized the whole thing was just deplorable..i am surprised it wasn't a big news in media..

Yes, at the end of it I felt the punishment was too much. It should have been reviewed and the punishment should have been based on what actually happened. That being said, I didn't agree with Sonali's action but I see your point about nominating her for the rest of the season.

That's what I'm saying. First and foremost it was never verified. Its no longer a slap but a simple swing. Terms state no physical touching. No contact was made. Contestants can do anything they want unless its physical contact. Based on technicality Big boss erred on convicting her and nominating her every week.
She did the time with no crime
