Bigg Boss 8 contestants Upen and Karishma's relationship have been through many ups and downs recently. However, the good friends will be seen cosying up in the house.
Upen, who is seen behaving dominating towards Karishma tries to dictate to her how to behave and whom to talk to. Karishma gets upset with this and tells him that who the he is to tell her what to do and what not to. After the tiff, he two then stop talking to each other. Later while patching up Upen tells Karishma that he is getting affected by her. Karishma simply says that she also gets affected by him as he is a good friend.

Later, during the freeze and release task when the clown comes in and smashes cake on the faces of all the housemates Upen and Karishma help each other clean the cake from the face. Upen also goes on to rub his face against Karishma to tease her and kiss her on the forehead.
