I think. you clearly misunderstood that Gautam was not using Dyan since he only asked her to be in friendship mode only and Dyan comes to starts provoking Gautam like, out of nowhere. He couldn't able to do that unless, if Dyan was not trying to force Gautam into fallen in love with her, which I think he does not now, ever since she shaved her head and went bald with that. It also makes her looks fugly with that to be honest... like, ewww...
