Yes, This was pretty basic mistake for Sonali to do such risky joke, which could endanger Upen's health. More over Upen is from UK and he might never have drank even Indian brands of bottled water, just to be safe, that's understood by his own reaction. Pritam, Puneet might just be used to tap water, yet it's risky for them if the water contains the disease...

And in such situation, immediate effect is that people react pretty strongly to basic mistakes, at the heat of the moment. I'm sure, later she will have a detail chat with sonali to make her aware of the danger of tap water...😛

I have seen that myself. Sonali with leela is better than Karishma with leela plus dumbness.

When I go to India and drink tap water, I fall sick, and can't digest anything for at least a week and keep vomiting, plus I have to really take care of other food that I eat after that and that happens in Punjab, where the water isn't as bad apparently. My fiance has been living in Australia for a year and then went to india and fell sick from it. So thats that.

And for the village comment, karishma isn't innocent but neither is sonali. She said jhopad Patti waali to karishma and no one commented on that or complained about it.
