I have bluntly analyzed what a hero is in India. I can't seem to swallow that host, panelists and "Indians" are calling Sadakchaap Beedi, Potty Mouth, Lost Creature, a hero. This term has lost a meaning in India and on this forum. I feel embarrassed that a hero like Gautam behaves like a monkey on the show. A hero is suppose to protect woman, and man alike. This isn't the clear case with our sadakchaap beedi.

If you don't think hero is the right word, fine; but are Sadakchaap Beedi, Potty Mouth and Lost Creature (and what not!) apt words to describe someone? Moreover if you take into consideration the actions of the people who are giving these names... well, that's a whole different story :)

But his actions are what gave him those names. I wasn't the one who gave him those names, his own fellow HMs did. So that's a whole different story.

First and foremost there are no Heroes on BB. GG is not a national hero far from it. He is just another wannabe actor/ working hard to give his career a boost via BB. BB is a platform for people with dying careers or retired from careers. No busy actor / actress will be even sign for BB. I don't see GG or anyother person there as a HERO specially not in this season. Samir Soni is the only person in all these years who would perhaps fit the Title by action.

What the heck do u you mean by India's Hero complex. Do western countries have a more refined polished version ? Don't drag nations into your opinion and that too for a show like big boss. 😡

Seriously?? Is India the only country with celebrities and masses fancying a person?

What's the big deal about a charming guy (yes--a LOT of people find him charming!), getting a lot of popularity? What do you think about the existing line of filmy or TV "heroes"-- do you think they are larger than life people? Even they are ordinary men who would probably act weird a lot of times. They have simply caught the public eye for one or the other reason. They are not supremely talented, or divine, or super courageous. Even they are average men, who are somewhat charming, have worked over time on some of their talents, and are plain lucky! If another one joins the party--what's really the big deal?

What's India and its complexes got to do with it?

Gautam is a joke at this point. His fans are just vocal teenagers who find his unoriginal antics unique but they arent the majority. Anyways Upen showed the phattoo hero his place in 1 week itself.
