On what basis should Pritam have choosen Guard team

I see some members dont agree with Pritam's decision that chor team is the winner

But if he would have chosen the guard team what reason could he have given?like on what basis does the guard team win?

Can any one tell me

As per task rules , chor team was suppose to steal the diamond to succeed in their stealing mission and that would b end of task

did chor team steal the diamond ??

but this reason doesn't suffice or let me say is highly debatable

1)Dimpy had stolen the diamond so where was there an opportunity to steal it

2)Secondly the guard team themselves had broken the rule of stealing things when they were supposed to guard

So if guard team themselves are breaking rules in regards to diamond then not stealing it cant be given as a reason to make guard team win

had dimpy not stolen it or tried to hide it or broken the rules then this justification would have been fine
