Pritam was the captain AND NOT PART OF POLICE OR CHOR TEAM! If chor team wanted to complain about being jailed then they could go to Pritam and if he agreed with them then they could escape jail!
He made some judgements in the task and according to me the hilarious one was that since Karishma was pushed then she should not go to jail.

Was Pritam partial or not?

I really dunno.
Cox he was sitting with upen n sonali when these two called tanna, showed her that no one is near the stuff so you can easily steal stuff.
I wasn't sure who's side upen n sonali were.

The first time they helped tanna i understood they wanted to catch her red handed. But even after that they helped her, so yeah i'm not sure who's more partial. Cox i really didn't understand what was 'actually' happening and who is on who's side.
