I just agree with all your points. His wife told him that everybody outside perceives him to be influenced by Puneet, but this was his test by BB8. He should have just kept with Puneet and stuck with his P3G, and clarified that he respects Puneet.

However, now the audience believes that Pritam can be influenced by everyone. He got influenced by Puneet, Karishma, Upen, and his own wife. He is one who easily gets influenced by all. At least stand consistant to rakhna chahiye tha.

Pritam has guts and courage. What he doesn't have are the brains and patience to back up his stands.
