I hope you have the same opinion for Gautam Gulati too? Why did you leave him out of your opening post?
Why did Gulati pick that app with a 32% liability and go running to his momma? 😆 And is he also never going to look after his mother in reality (as you claim about others... in your opening post)? 🥱

It has everything to do with being totally out of contact for many weeks from their loved ones...in a house full of strangers ...being watched 24X7...low trust levels...and stress levels running high! 🥱

Completely agree with ur pov.

In a game show like bb, nobody can be trusted and no assurance is substantial.
Any contact from a person you trust is a relief and not something anybody would leave .

Then the name of the game is not Big Boss!!

There is enough feedback from Salman, panel of ex contestants, snap deal caller, celebrities. If these are not enough to destroy the game, now we need feedback and assurance from families?

Of crse it does matter!!
They r living around some 12 unknown ppl around since past 2 months without any phone call, unaware of whats happening around in the world, cut off from entire real world..here we can't stay away from our mobile phones or internet for more than an hour nd thr they r living in completely different world nd then SUDDENLY they were told u can meet ur family..karishma was shown video whr she could see her mom is right thr and praneet knew thr is his GF waiting for him but they were unable to meet them..won't they get hurt? Won't they feel bad?
How would u feel if were in the same situation?

So Gulati running helter-skelter to his mom is judged on a different plane and contestants who couldn't meet their family are judged on a different one? 😆 Your opening post is answered by Gulati's antics, if you ask me! 😆 😃 Is he a newborn baby who needed to run to his mom?!! 😉

Additional credits??! - Are you talking about human beings or robots going about their business in a factory...doing tasks, entertaining people and then one gets sent away every week from this factory?

Where is the empathy? 🥱

Well I did not want it to be a Praneet and Gautam thread again but since you asked:

I do not have same yardstick for empathy for everyone. A person crying our of hunger gets my sympathy whereas a guy crying because he can not afford rolls royce does not get any.

There must be a difference between a guy who has been constantly subjected to hatred, abuse, backbiting, ganging up, bulling and record nomination

to

a self proclaimed most logical person whose only aim is to shout and show others in bad light

or

a conspirator vamp who knows nothing beyond me, me and me.

Yes the parameters to judge people are different as they have been subjected to different conditions.

One has been victim and others have victimised.

You have skipped words.
I mentioned the word "trust". Salman khan leaves topics hanging in the air midway.he never takes any clear cut side.
He has never really bashed puneet for his actions.
He makes them assume things.
Now coming to the guests on the show, all of us know that they are given a script and they just tell few people ki tum sahi jaarahe ho.sometimes the HMs are told to come our of their shell and sometimes to respect the elderly.if they are told to have an opinion and not make families, they are also told to be bhai bhai and forgive the little one of the family for mistakes.

These people are not the ones , they would trust.they are just a sea of opinions.

I've been out of contact with my bro for 2 years, no big deal. Speak with my other bro every 3 months or so, no big deal, meet my sister every year or so and no contact in between, no big deal.

point is, its not a big deal 😆

well u dont live in big boss house with strangers n u dont live without any contact from outside ...mayb for some people family is not a big thing n they can survive without them bt for others it is karishma n others r without their loved ones n without any contact with them and any news abt them so if i keep myself in their place it is a big deal not seeing n talking to my parents for two months..its a very big deal for me n i completely agree with thier emotions

Thats old now, off late Gautam has been praised by housemates, he has become captain, current captain is his ally, he is heaped praises for weeks by panel and host, those who bullied him have more or less all been evicted. So that point does not stand on one leg.

Tanna has been bullied for past 3 weeks by punit too , what was the gaali and constant picking up?
Praneet was picked at and bullied by captain as well nominated for a very flimsy reason.

Ali is being made favorite football in the house, his own mistakes notwithstanding,

Point is, if no one is a baby, then why did members who did get to select family member options like gautam, ali, preetam do it and down the battery by hefty 32%??

there are people who can and do live away from near ones with little to no sporadic contacts. Tanna might have done a bit extra crying drama and praneet might have shown off a little more, but who have not done it in this house please tell me?

IN short, we are no body to judge, and if we do, we should apply same standards for everyone and not two different standards for those we like and those we do not. Then we are no different from the HMs who are called out for their hypocrisy.

BTW Praneet and Upen do not at all count because their individual controbution, imo, was far superior to whatever any housemate did in this task. Call it game playing, last minute saving hide whatever, fact remains one of them did not take any advantage provided to them and other did all sorts of tasks so that other housemates could win those special favours. So those two imo are winners of the task anyway.

If opposing view points are written so much maturity and grace like you have written, it brings back the trust that IF is not all about mud throwing. Thanks for such a well written post.

The only thing I will disagree with is your comment:

IN short, we are no body to judge

I will not accept such moral standard for this reality show. we will judge people, that is the name of the game, if we do not judge, the Big Boss game is irrelevant. As long as we are within our limits of decency and not be personal, it is all fine.
