It can be planned too because everybody knows that this type of format of nomination has happened lot of time in past and was expected too. They might be prepare for this format too. None of them wasted their vote. If it is planned then really smart game.

yes, they discuss all options. nobody chosen each other among 5. Cannot be coincidence. They are together, Bedroom group ullu ki dum hai, completely disjointed. There is only group in house. Going forward, Ali will be nominated every week unless BB kucch format change kar de. Waise bhi Ali se khatra badh gaya sabko ke yeh entertainer hai.
