Yup he did things very neatly to b precise ,.. even the punishment wala duty he did it with perfection .. first took all names who dint do the work properly and the opted for Pritam for his non cooperation movement of 2 days .. very fair ...

About Puneet , he again took rest votes into account and made the decision ..

About Sonali too . again it was Tanna's complain and as a captain he was attending the complain .. Sonali got too defensive and tried to brush it off which stretched the matter ..
