1. Elaichi milk doesn't use only ONE glass of milk. It requires taking more and boiling it down/reducing it for sometime on the burner. But that's besides the point.

2. The point Praneet was making was that as all the HMs have agreed that food and ration will be kept out of the purview of the weekly tasks, WHY is that decision being overlooked now? Maybe they all decided this after they had to suffer after KT gave away half the ration.

Here it wasn't mentioned that Gulati could take whatever he wanted. Even Dimpy agreed with Praneet.

This is exactly my point. Just because he could boss people around, he should think before and then act. Gulati ne ration ke barre mein sochna chahiye that even a single glass of milk is really important for the HMs who are living on constricted rations.
