There is a difference between not liking the person\his actionsand staying away from himAND being jealous. Gulati has irritated and insulted Praneet for a long time now...so he talks about him as negative etc.

Gautam know praneet(they were friends once) better than the fans, so thats why gautam is sure he's not jealous n insecure.
