...well first of all, I don't think Sonali's parents are unaware of her smoking, as in most cases parents come to know the truth sooner or later. Second, Sonali is independent girl, she very well knows what is good or bad, she knows...parents can only ask, suggest in such cases. Third, all this what my parents would say...is just for the camera...I don't think her parents are unaware of this...if she really cared...the she should have controlled her showmances. That's what hurt parents...I like her lot...but such intents puts me off...and this is where Karishma scores...

Even tanna was sad upon realising that her mothr would have seen her smoking.

some people think about their parents' happiness and don't want them to feel ashamed .

Her parents would already be distressed about it,she is no child not to know that.But it isn't easy to quit smoking.And making one feel ashamed helps noone.

You know I see it as a occupational hazard - you cannot afford complete privacy in any matter when you are in showbiz - Especially a SHOW with a million cameras. Your tears and plight is a result of your own actions. If Shonali had some brain she wouldn't have repeated what Gautam said let alone make a scene out of it. I didn't even notice any big deal about cigarettes until she added weight to the matter by saying its Big-ol-secret. I think Karma just took a bite at her (don't lie to your parents)

IMO he cares for her as friend, but his line was defo below the belt. But he did say sorry toh baat khatam!! Regarding sonali crying for footage is nonsense as she's a strong girl, who doesnt whine about petty issues. Even may be the incident was small but it affected more than usual, so no point in blaming them😊

You know whats not fine in my opinion lying to your parents and if to this you say well its "just smoking" and we don't share everything with our parents- Then- She shouldn't be in showbiz. Wrong career for her.

I can't put myself in that position cuz I am not a celebrity BUT if i were - I am well versed to understand that with every occupation comes a responsibility and its consequences. I seriously would handle matters much more intellegently than Shonali. One could walk away quitely ignoring his comments and not brining another eye to his cigarette comment let alone tears in those eyes and a massive scene.
