Anybody who shows any amount of loyalty to Gautam, then (based on what I've seen him play so far) he will definitely reciprocate...

Gautam actually enjoys an advantage that nobody else in the house does. He is not afraid of nominations. After getting nominated and always getting saved first, he is mentally immune from that fear.. (Unlike Praneet, for example)

Due to that, it's well within him to save anybody else (assuming let's say BB gives him the choice of giving up his immunity to save a contestant), he would do it in a heartbeat.
