Gautam and Karishma

Won't it be great if karishma and Gautam become friends, like the closest and dearest (love angle if needed), but someone who stands by Gautama and who Gautama stands by and Puneet's influencing Gautam can stop as he reacts to when Puneet says shit about karishma.
Is it too far fetched or you guys think it's possible?
