The problem is that each season is a repeat of same things so these HMs have prepared from that perspective. The only way BB can resolve is to give Captain 6 or 7 nominations. I also think that idiots like D, Tana, Arya, etc. know that they are not going to make till the end so who cares kind of attitude.BB should start giving tough punishment for breaking rules and not following captain instruction and the person who fails in captaincy..
HM's this year is not at all worried about house rules and punishments..
