HM's this year is not at all worried about house rules and punishments..

The problem is that each season is a repeat of same things so these HMs have prepared from that perspective. The only way BB can resolve is to give Captain 6 or 7 nominations. I also think that idiots like D, Tana, Arya, etc. know that they are not going to make till the end so who cares kind of attitude.
