Aarya is so stupid. He is the one who provoked Punz. Ab beta Sher ki Naak mai ungli karogee to harzana to bhugtana hi pareega na. Why did he block the Fly Wheel??

Guys, Have you seen that Punz stays away from tasks because he knows that he is a big guy who is trained in marshal arts. If an Elephant touches a mouse, of course it will be called an act of violence.😆

Kushal, it was a one time incident. No warning, direct elimination.

Punz has done this not one but two times. And he acknowledged it was in sound mind that he carried out the violence. He didn't see anything wrong with it, and expected a tap on the wrist.

The level of violence was also a much higher degree.

It wasn't just a dhakka, it was a physical lift and slam to the ground, with hands on neck and all. Also, Arya was shouting at him to release him throughout the incident.

There is another difference

Kushal's intention was to hit Andy. He wanted to fight.

Sir Issar was in a task and aarya was blocking the wheel wo which nothing was possible. He should not have done that. It was not an incident with mal intention.

So, Punz can betray Gautham, and not fully take part in captains task, by not pulling Upen off off pole. But, he can pick Arya up from ground and throw him to the floor? How does that make any sense? If he is aware of his problem, why does he selectively choose when to get involved and when to sit out?

The task stated that the wheel was to be stopped to get the building to be stopped. They were plying per instructions.

This is amazing. You're condoning the violence, or saying get intimidated by the man, and let him have his way?!

Assault vs. Battery. Both acts are punishable.

Puneet would have a second count of the same action. Which would result in a higher level of punishment.
