Isn't Punnet isar trying hard?

I dont know but when i see this guy, something seriously annoys me, the way he talks or does gossiping

May be becoz he is a senior, I m expecting seniority I mean matured behaviour from him, and may be finds difficult to express himself

As an actor he is damdar, his way of delivering dialogs just perfect but in bb something is lacking.

Does anyone have similar thoughts. Please share
