There are two aspects to it, first she did not say about nomination, she only said it would be a negative point for Puneet. Second it was up to Puneet how to complete the task by convincing people. Also Karishma can only guess what the person on phone is saying, she can never be sure. He got a much easy task than Karishma to convince HMs to give up half of the ration.

She had the advantage bec she was the first person on the phone. Now she knows the rule of the game and so she will use it to her advantage. It's unfair. Bec although the makeup task was easier than bleach task she could get it done bec no one else knew about it. But now she knows and hence she wants everyone to lose. So at this rate she won't let anyone win this task. It's unfair. She is meant to keep her mouth shut.
