We all agree to that, but there's Arya-Manisha, the new Armaan-Tanisha! The only difference is Arya does the "talk" more than the action whereas Armaan was the opposite. 🤣

He basically apologized to Minisha not arya because as per his source, Minisha said "no let us not play a game", meaning Arya did propose the same and she refused. This is what she claimed in the first place to Deepshikha. Salman however did not know this and believed that they did try and hatch a game plan, and therefore apologized. I believe he apologized for that alone and not at the fact that the whole issue became so blown out, because actually say to speak, arya and Minisha brought it on themselves by mentioning it on TV in the first place, which was not necessary at all, and in fact could be (was?) damaging.
