She is smart. Always was, she saw the threat Deeps posed and she wasn't able to rule Tanna and Co. So she made good use of the vacant spot and befriended Diandra ( who supposedly abused her) , Tanna to save herself from next nominations and target Puneet. This task she gets a chance at weakening P3G as well as regaining her lost ground. Puneet read her game well.
